Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free for orders delivered within Italy that reach the minimum amount indicated on the website or at checkout, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs for orders destined for European Union countries (excluding Italy) and non-EU countries are automatically calculated and displayed during the purchase process.
In EU countries, Elisabet ships using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method, meaning that goods will arrive directly at the indicated address with no additional charges beyond those paid at checkout.
For all other countries, the DDU* (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method is used, which means the courier may present a separate invoice requesting payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities.
If the shipping address is located in a country within the European Community, the goods are subject to VAT (22%).
If the shipping address is in a non-EU country, pursuant to Art. 8, para. 1, lett. a) – 21 – 23 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, the goods are not subject to VAT.
Any customs duties and taxes will be calculated and applied by the relevant customs authorities.
Order Shipping
Orders placed on https://elisabet.shop/ are shipped as follows:
within Italy via DHL, SDA, Poste Italiane or similar carriers;
within Russia via EMS or equivalent services;
in other countries via DHL, SDA or equivalent.
Once the order has shipped—and as soon as the courier makes tracking available—the tracking number will be provided to the customer so they can follow their shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once product availability and payment confirmation have been verified.
In the event of errors or inability to fulfill the order, the amount charged may be refunded.
After order processing, shipments are delivered within 1–2 business days within Italy and 2–5 business days to other EU countries, depending on the delivery area.
For non-EU countries, delivery times cannot be precisely estimated due to potential delays caused by customs procedures.
For security reasons, shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted.
Important!
To ensure accurate and secure delivery, the customer must provide the most precise shipping address possible.
It is important that the address includes all relevant information such as building number, staircase, apartment, intercom name, etc.
Elisabet cannot be held responsible for delays and/or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrectly provided addresses at the time of ordering.
In any case, Elisabet cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier. Such delays do not entitle the buyer to claim compensation or damages of any kind.
