Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Elisabet aims to ensure a simple and safe shopping experience: for this reason, returns for products delivered within Italy are free of charge.

If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who completes the purchase without providing a VAT number), they are entitled to the rights provided under Art. 64 of the Consumer Code, within the limits set by law. The consumer therefore has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason, without explanation and without penalties, following the procedure described below.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a communication within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the products, via email to customerservice@elisabet.it or through the customer account where orders are stored.
Upon receiving this communication, the Customer Service team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for customized or made-to-order products.
The withdrawal notice must clearly state the intention to withdraw from the purchase, as well as indicate the product(s) to be returned and the corresponding order number.
Elisabet will arrange for its courier to collect the goods: the Customer must have the package ready, in the same condition in which it was received, and hand it to the courier.

Under Legislative Decree 206/2005, the return can only be accepted if:

  • The product is intact and unused;
  • The product’s hangtag and/or safety seal have not been removed;
  • The product is returned using the original box and packaging, or, if not available, a suitable replacement box in good condition (the product box must always be placed inside an external shipping carton);
  • The return of the online purchase is carried out exclusively by following this procedure.

If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the sender, and shipping costs will be charged.

Once the above conditions have been verified, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to the customer within approximately 5 business days and will appear on the next card statement. Timelines may vary depending on the issuing bank.
For orders paid via PayPal, the amount will be returned to the original PayPal account.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, a bank account will be required to process the refund.

Elisabet shall not be held responsible for the refund or compensation of products returned that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
