Credit card
Elisabet accepts major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.

The transaction is secure and is hosted on the “Shopify” (Shopify Payments) servers: Elisabet does not intercept or store customers' credit card data.

In the event of a return of the goods, the amount will be credited to the card used for payment: the time it takes for the funds to be available on the card depends on your interbank circuit, usually within a few working days.

PayPal
By selecting “Paypal” as your payment method, you will be transferred to the Paypal page, through which:

• If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your details and confirm the payment
• If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use the gateway to securely enter your card details and confirm the payment (without having to open a dedicated account).

If the goods are returned, the transaction will be reversed and PayPal will credit the amount, using the payment method originally chosen.

Cash on delivery
Only for shipments to Italy is it possible to pay by cash on delivery (cod).

This payment method may involve an additional fee that will be calculated and expressly indicated during the order completion phase.

For orders placed with cash on delivery, the courier will ask for payment. You must have the exact order amount available in cash upon delivery. The courier does not accept checks or other forms of payment.

In case of returning the goods, you must have a bank account to have the amount credited.

Bank transfer
In some countries, payment by bank transfer is possible only if expressly indicated at checkout.

The bank transfer details will be sent via the order confirmation email (automatically generated) and will also be indicated.

The total order must be paid within three (3) days of the date of purchase, indicating the order number and the name of the person placing the order in the reason for payment.

Any bank and bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer-consumer.
The goods will be shipped as soon as the amount has been credited to the company's account (the crediting time varies depending on the country or the ordering bank).
In case of return of the goods, the return amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the same bank account with which the payment was made.
